Each petal has a "seat" formed on its reverse side. Each petal's seat fits into the receipt on the base. The stamens are to be inserted into the 5 holes in the flower's stigma at the center of the base.
Care:
This piece will develop a lovely patina over time and with use. If you prefer it to remain shiny, wipe clean with the soft brass polishing cloth provided. When brass gets dull or looks pitted (from exposure to water or humidity), try Bar Keeper's Friend to reinstate the piece's luster. Simply add water to make a paste and then polish using a clean toothbrush. Rinse well with water, absorb excess water with a clean towel, and allow to air dry fully. Never put in a dishwasher.

It depends on where you are. We do our best to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days. Orders processed in the US could take 3 -7 business days to arrive. We ship from the East Coast so sometimes they arrive sooner. Canadian deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days depending on customs. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We have developed a proprietary water-resistant protective lining which is installed inside the pockets and pop-out pouch of the full Ritual Cases and the Solo Paq. This lining locks in odors. The only element not technically "odor-proof" is our premium YKK metal zippers which we have selected for durability and beauty. Plastic zippers, which are less durable, would make our cases odor-proof. However, very little scent seeps out of our zippers making our cases scent-suppressant.
Yes, where we have leather options, we also offer vegan options. Our Ritual Cases are available in premium vegan leather and so are our refillable butane lighters. Our scissor covers are all constructed from premium vegan leather.
Products that have not been personalized may be exchanged or returned for a credit within thirty (30) days of the date that the original purchase order was submitted. Alternately, they may be returned for a full refund (except personalized items), within fourteen (14) days of the date that the original purchase order was submitted when accompanied by the confirmation email and/or order number.
